No. The Starter plan is a one-time purchase that includes 30 days of observation history and basic species identification. The Plus and Educator subscriptions unlock unlimited history, alerts, and more.
Can I add more feeders to my account?
Yes. Additional feeders can be connected for $3/month each, regardless of your plan. The Educator plan includes support for up to 3 feeders.
How much media storage is included?
Each account includes 10 GB of media storage for photos and clips. Additional storage is available at $0.10 per GB per month as your journal grows.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes. Annual billing is available at $69.90/year for Plus (save ~17%) and $290/year for Educator (save ~17%).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and your observation history is always preserved.
What happens if my Educator group grows beyond 10 users?
Additional seats are available at $5 per seat per month. Your existing journals and observations remain accessible as the group expands.
